BAII Calculator Issue (Question from Customer)

I have another question about the mortgage calculation in the video using the BAII Plus. I entered in everything exactly as it appeared in the video, but the number for the PMT was slightly off (by 11 dollars). Has anybody else ran into this in the past? Thanks.

I actually reset my calculator and that fixed the problem.
